All dashboard video cameras (dashcams) sold from the Transcend Store includes 2 Year warranty. This warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcam. We stand behind the products we sell, but please understand that as a small business we can’t afford to replace items either intentionally or accidentally damaged by improper usage. Not Covered Under Warranty

Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper installation, water damage, and theft

Any costs related to removing or reinstalling the product

Any product that has been altered, defaced, or had the serial number removed

Any product that was not purchased from our Store
